To archive a self-evaluation form in iP, you will need administrator access.

Navigate to the SEF Dashboard.
Click on the Settings button.
Select Forms from the list to view all available self-evaluation forms in your system.
Locate the form you wish to archive and click the edit (pencil) icon.
Find the Active? option and switch it off.
Click Save.

Once saved, the self-evaluation form will be archived and no longer active.
