PHES is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, and is owned entirely by its member HE institutions. It is a shared service that provides the legal framework for different HE sector organisations to be run effectively, share staff and operational resources.

Our content management system Celsus enables PHES professionals to work together on a secure platform. Users are able to exchange ideas and collaborate within their network. There are five sector organisations under the PHES umbrella. Celsus is the engine that runs behind all of the organisational websites.
